University College – Undergraduate Application (all Bachelors Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates)

Visiting Student Application

University College – Visiting Student Application (for students who wish to take a course that will transfer back to their home institution)

Re-enrollment

University College – Re-enrollment Application Form (for students who were previously accepted as a student Providence)

Providence warmly welcomes back students after breaks in their studies. Prospective students admitted to Providence who have not completed any courses within the past year can initiate their re-enrollment process by contacting the Enrollment Office directly. For students seeking to resume studies after a hiatus of one year or more, a formal online returning student form must be completed to evaluate any necessary adjustments to their previous academic plan. In all cases, students with post-secondary coursework taken at other institutions during their leave of absence are required to declare such courses and have official transcripts sent directly from those institutions to the Providence Enrollment Office for official record.

Providence University warmly welcomes back students who wish to resume their graduate studies after a break. If you were previously accepted into a graduate program at Providence and have not completed any courses in the past year, you can initiate the re-enrollment process by contacting the Graduate Enrollment Office directly.
