Providence is committed to making the pathway to education affordable, accessible and applicable through its Centre for On-Demand Education (CODE) – offering new solutions for higher learning.
Utilizing innovative approaches such as competency-based education, work integrated learning, proficiency learning, prior learning assessment, and adult degree completion, CODE makes available a full spectrum of learning from micro-credentialing to academic graduate degrees.
On-demand training and mentoring focuses on student proficiency, allowing Providence to work outside of conventional structures such as semesters and credit hours while at the same time providing accredited training. CODE programs are also subscription-based, so that students are able to set the pace of their learning.
