More than 30 Providence students, faculty and their families took part in the annual Performing Arts Retreat at Red Rock Bible Camp last weekend.
“It was a weekend full of music and theatre, with all our university ensembles holding intensive rehearsals over the three days, while leaving lots of time for exploring the beautiful surroundings,” says Dr. David Sawatzky, Associate Professor of Music at Providence.
Taking advantage of the late-summer sunshine, the group enjoyed boating, canoeing and soaking up the rays outdoors.
“The best part of the weekend,” says Dr. Sawatzky, “was simply enjoying the company of everyone in attendance.”
