CODE Programs

At Providence, we’re transforming education through our Centre for On-Demand Education (CODE), offering flexible, accessible, and affordable learning pathways. By incorporating innovative approaches like competency-based education, work-integrated learning, and adult degree completion, CODE provides everything from micro-credentials to graduate degrees.

Within CODE, we offer two programs: Transforming Leadership, which equips students with the skills to inspire change and lead with integrity, and Lead Well Political Track, which is designed for elected officials or individuals preparing to run for office to strengthen their leadership skills within their political contexts. Both programs feature practical, hands-on learning experiences designed to drive success in today’s dynamic industries.
