OTTERBURNE, MB – On Saturday, April 20th over 100 students gathered together to celebrate their graduation from Providence with family, friends, faculty and staff. This included graduates from the University College – i.e. Otterburne campus and Prov Downtown – and the Theological Seminary. With the inclusion of the first two cohorts of students from the Associate of Arts in Business Administration in Winnipeg, the 2024 celebration was one of the biggest events in the school’s history. The keynote address was delivered by Providence alumna Rev. Dr. Deborah Olukoju, who encouraged the new alumni to be “kingdom people” as they go out into the world.
As for this year’s valedictorians, the honour was given this year to Madison Franks (BA Interdisciplinary Arts) in the University College and Joey Traa (MA Counselling) in the Seminary.
