COVID-19 UPDATE
(updated 5/27/2021)
*In concordance with the current COVID-19 restrictions in Manitoba and the extension announced Thursday, May 27th, Providence Athletics has made the difficult decision to cancel our beloved sports camps this summer. We are disappointed with this outcome, but we continue to support the government of Manitoba in their efforts to protect Manitobans. We look forward to welcoming campers back in 2022!

DAY CAMP DETAILS
Providence Sports Camps are designed for all skill levels, providing athletes with 4-5 hours of court/pitch time per day in skill sessions and game play. Our skill sessions are led by high-level feature instructors, including our University coaches, with game play coached by our own University athletes. Campers will be required to bring their own bag lunch and any drinks or snacks that they may desire throughout the day. Come improve your skills, grow in excellence and become the best teammate you can be this summer!

DAY CAMP COST: $210.00 (Plus GST)

For further questions, please contact Joel Coursey our Sports Camp Coordinator.

Registration

Registration opens at 8:00am on May 3rd. Please take notice of the ages and dates for each camp before registering. Campers may only register for 1 of our day camps, but may register on the waiting list for a second camp. With limited availability, we wish to provide our camp experience to as many different athletes as possible. If we happen to have openings in a week, we will look to the waiting list to fill them. Campers are required to be dropped off between 8:30-9:00am and picked up between 4:00-4:30pm each day. To sign up for one of our camps, please REGISTER HERE.

*Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are limited in the number of campers we can have during a camp. It is possible that a registration form could be submitted after a camp is full and before we are able to close the registrations for that camp. We apologize if this happens, but you will be contacted as soon as possible and placed on the waiting list.

Waiting List

If the camp you wish to register for is full, you will need to sign up to be placed on a waiting list. We will place you on a waiting list in the order in which your form is received. If a spot becomes available, we will contact you and you will have 48 hours to accept or reject the open spot. You do not need to pay to secure your spot on our waiting list. At the time of accepting the open spot, you will have until the end of the next business day to pay for your registration fees. To sign up for our waiting list, please REGISTER HERE.

Refund Policy

(COVID-19) If camps must be cancelled prior to their start date, you will receive a full refund. If camps must be cancelled during the week you are attending camp, you will receive 60% after day 1, or 30% after day 2.

In the event that you must withdraw from Sports Camps, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancel 6 weeks prior to camp start date: Full Refund (minus $40 processing fee)
