Since COVID-19 disrupted our plans to celebrate graduation in April, we postponed it to the Thanksgiving Weekend (October 9 & 10) in the hopes that we’d be able to participate in all of Providence’s time-honoured commencement traditions with students walking across the stage in their caps and gowns.
Unfortunately, due to the continuing issues around COVID-19, we cannot hold an in-person graduation ceremony this year. It was a difficult decision, but we feel it’s most important to ensure the safety of your families and our Providence community.
Even though the pandemic has restricted our graduation plans, we still want to acknowledge you and express how proud we are of you. We honor the Class of 2020 for all of your accomplishments, successes and resiliency. We believe in your ability to make a real difference in the communities that you live in.
