Providence Global

Transnational Education Program

Providence Global’s Master of Management (MM) program is designed to develop qualified students who are able to display graduate-level proficiency in management and organizational studies, proven in context to the satisfaction of qualified mentors.

This degree will enable graduates to:

  • Demonstrate understanding of sound organizational management principles and practices from micro to macro levels.
  • Be able to effectively manage relevant tasks and assignments typically required of leaders and managers in large and small organizations and businesses.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the understanding and application of ethical and biblical thinking as applied to leadership and management, organizational diversity, principled decision-making, and socially responsible organizational practice.
Program Description
Master of Management Program Length = 2 Years
Program Start = Sept 2026, Jan 2027 and May 2027

The Master of Management is online, through asynchronous delivery (i.e. at the student’s pace). Each course syllabus requires the student to develop and display their proficiency to stated outcomes in a real-world context.

While academic assessment and progress is managed online, students will progress in their learning as part of a learning cohort of 20-25 students, meeting regularly for guidance, encouragement, and assessment. While the program is self-paced, a normal pattern of completion would take two years or less.

The curriculum is competency-based in nature, mentored in context and assessed online. Students must have access to a workplace context and an industry mentor. This may be through employment or volunteer work, where they can apply their learning and demonstrate developing competencies to mentors and faculty.

Tuition is charged on an annual basis. The program comprises 12 outcomes for 36 credits. Students who keep a reasonable pace of learning should be able to complete the program requirements within two years. Students desiring or requiring more time can continue longer with the mentor’s approval and encouragement.

Students will be required to meet with a cohort of learners and their mentor on a monthly basis, preferably in person. They will need to manage their work online with a reliable Internet connection.
