Living on Campus
We want your Providence experience to be an enriching one, which is why we’ve put the pieces in place to help ensure your life on campus is comfortable and enjoyable.
Residence Program
Living in on-campus is a great way to connect with all the opportunities available to you at Providence. Our Student Life staff work to ensure that residence is an educational environment that enhances your classroom experience while also giving you the chance to apply what you have learned to your personal life. Living in residence strongly correlates with high academic performance for any student, but at Providence we also believe that residence life helps students to grow as disciples of Christ. “I loved my experience in dorm. There were a lot of opportunities to get involved, and so many activities and events happening on campus all year. It was a perfect place to make friends and the RA’s were so intentional about making dorm the best experience for everyone.” – Emily van der Meer, 2016 Bachelor of Arts in Sociology
Non-Residence On-Campus Housing
We also have non-residence housing options including on-campus apartments and mobile homes. Learn more about living on campus.
Campus Perks
As a Providence student you automatically have access to parking, WIFI, residence services, the fitness centre, computer labs, the library and even lectures by our professors or guest lecturers. You’ll also be living right on campus which makes it easy to get involved with student events and activities such as Missio Dei, WaffleFest, Pilots games and Coffeehouse (our student run talent show)!
Campus Food and Dining
Provided by Sodexo Canada, our cafeteria provides a wide array of food services and we’re sure to have something just for you. Have dietary restrictions? No problem!
