Facility Rentals
At Providence you’ll have access to a spacious dining hall, numerous meeting rooms, a gymnasium with sports equipment, and comfortable residences. Residence accommodations are available from May through June for up to 195 guests, pending standard eligibility requirements. Both picturesque and functional, Providence offers a fitting venue for your banquet, conference, or other event. From small team meetings to larger community events, we provide the perfect setting to bring people together.
Getting Here
Located just 30 minutes south of Winnipeg, we are situated between provincial highways 59 and 75. Nearby towns include Niverville (north of campus) and St. Pierre-Jolys (south-east of campus). View a map of our campus HERE.
Recreation
Our beautiful, 100-acre property is situated along the Rat River and offers a variety of outdoor activities. We have a disc golf course, beach volleyball court, and a skating rink in the winter. Our campus includes two courtyards – offering a comfortable and inviting outdoor seating area. Take in the scenery on our own River Trail or Manitoba’s own Crow Wing Trail.

Our modern meeting rooms are fully equipped for multimedia presentations and video conferencing, allowing you to connect and engage with participants both in person and online. Attendees will appreciate the ease of free on-site parking. Our lounges include games such as pool, foosball, or ping pong. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free environment, providing a welcoming atmosphere for your attendees.

Terms and Conditions
By filling out the rental agreement, the following guidelines are understood and agreed upon:
- Providence is a Christian institution. Any event or activity that directly conflicts with its purpose and values may not be permitted;
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any time;
- Smoking is not permitted on campus;
- Proper conduct and supervision is to be maintained at all times. Any damage incurred to the property will be the responsibility of the guest;
- Furniture is not to be moved unless express permission is given by the Events Coordinator;
- Cars must be parked in designated areas only;
- Buildings and campus grounds must be left clean and orderly;
- All meals and food services used on campus must be provided by Providence’s Food Services (i.e. Sodexo).
Gymnasium Regulations:
Please note that there is a per hour rental fee for the gym, and reservations for gymnasium use must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. Requests for specific sports equipment must also be made prior to the event.
- Indoor running shoes are required. Hard or dark rubber-soled shoes are not permitted;
- No food or beverages in the gymnasium;
- Return sports equipment to its designated location;
- Do not leave nets strung tight overnight.
Anyone found violating the regulations will be asked to leave the gym. Providence is not responsible for personal injury or loss or for loss/damage of personal belongings.
