Just like the prairie sky, the landscape of counselling is dynamic. Recently, therapists have found themselves at the frontline of global, national, and community challenges. How are those challenges being addressed in counselling offices and what approaches are we using as we sit with clients? We have often heard that anxiety and depression is the bread and butter of our practices but how have these issues changed? Join us for a stimulating conversation with 3 practitioners who have been actively serving as therapists in 3 very different regions of Manitoba. A special meet and greet will be hosted beforehand with Associate Professor Emeritus, Dr. Rod Buxton!

The early twenty-first century has proven to be a challenging time for ministry in Canada. As Canadian culture continues to move in an increasingly post-Christian direction, pastors find themselves under increasing stress and pressure. Is there a more hopeful vision available for Christian ministry today than simply keeping the doors open and the lights on? Join us for some stimulating conversation with ministry leaders who have unique insights rooted in four very different ministry contexts.
