Panel: The Future(s) of Christian Ministry in Canada
Hosted by the BTS & Church Ministries Departments
Panelists:
- Ed Neufeld, Pastor of Kleefeld Community and Retired Professor of Biblical Studies (PTS)
- Jordan Michalski, Director of Ministries, Communication, and Content at The Pastorate (PTS alumnus)
- Wilma Wiens, Minister of Pastoral and Spiritual Care, Grace Bible Church, Winnipeg
The early twenty-first century has proven to be a challenging time for ministry in Canada. As Canadian culture continues to move in an increasingly post-Christian direction, pastors find themselves under increasing stress and pressure. Is there a more hopeful vision available for Christian ministry today than simply keeping the doors open and the lights on? Join us for some stimulating conversation with ministry leaders who have unique insights rooted in three very different ministry contexts.
