“From the start of our season, we have been looking for consistency at the level we know we can play at. We see moments of it but haven’t figured out a way to put a full match together to this point. The match against ACC we played pretty well but they played the bigger points better than we did. Each set found us making mistakes at crucial times which was the difference of winning and losing that match. The match against CMU was the best of our season so far. That is the highest level we have played from start to finish of a match all year. We served amazingly and cut down our errors immensely. I hope we can replicate that level in every match moving forward and keep each other accountable to the standard we set for ourselves on Saturday.” - Kyle Guenther

“It was a big weekend for us to come together as a team. We were encouraging and supportive throughout both games. We took a big step forward but we can’t be satisfied with the one big win against CMU. We will need to keep pushing ourselves and fight even harder for the remainder of the MCAC schedule.” – Carsyn Peters, Setter
