"There were many challenges that we faced this week and we are very pleased with how the team rose up to meet each one. Due to injuries we had to incorporate a new system of play this week. We faced off against CMU, a team we were tied with in standings, in a match that could solidify our hold on first place. And we played a very scrappy and tough team to play against in Saint-Boniface at the end of long week and after a huge 5-set win over CMU the night before. We are on an incredible 11-match win streak that none of us would have predicted and, of course, this all helps build confidence in our ability to overcome challenges. I am also happy with our overall attitude which is to respect every opponent and assume nothing. We realize that our recent success is only because of a lot of hard work and with guys being willing to step up and fill whatever role they are being asked to fill." - Scott Masterson

“The games we played this week were very important, as they were crucial for us to secure our first place position going into playoffs. Our team played great, having one of our two middles injured this past week, we had to make big adjustments and play in a rotation that we weren’t used to. However, despite this, everyone on the team did their part to contribute to a big win at home against CMU and another on the road against St Boniface” - Adrian Kalyniuk
