Perhaps you’re considering technical or community college but would still prefer receiving Christ-centred education. Why not combine them? Our Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Vocational Studies allows you to experience Providence while pursuing a two-year diploma from Red River College! You’ll end up graduating with a four-year degree in addition to your vocational diploma.

For Admission to Providence

Students coming to Providence after completing an approved vocational program through Red River College must meet the graduation requirements by completing an evaluative, integrative essay (minimum 3000 words) on some aspect of significance or relevance between the Christian faith and the vocation for which the student has trained. Students are also required to continue with normal Field Education expectations during their studies at Providence. A minimum AGPA of 2.00 is required to graduate.

Acceptable Programs Available at Red River College in Winnipeg are:

  • Business Administration
  • Creative Communication with a print, radio or TV track
  • Business Teacher Education
  • Library and Information Technology
  • Child Care Services
