Providence Pilots men’s soccer sign Christian Dyck from Arborg, Manitoba.

The newest signing Christian Dyck has played club soccer in a few different provinces and countries almost his whole life, from Red Deer Renegades, FC Northwest, and now CASC Football club in Central Asia. The attacking midfielder brings solid dribbling ability with great work ethic.

Christian is interested in studying Psychology here at Providence.

“I honestly cannot express how excited I am to play for the Pilots next year” Said Christian, “It’s a new opportunity, and I am hoping to make the most of it. This next chapter of my life will be one of work hard and fun, doing all things for the glory of God.”

Head coach Joey Passi commented on the newest recruit by saying “I’ve only heard great things about Christian and his family, and I know that they believe in our mission here and that’s why they wanted to come here. Christian is excited to join our culture, and the group of guys here and he’s going to fit in amazingly well. He brings an ability to dribble and a willingness to take players on, which is an incredibly hard thing to find. We’ll look to continue developing that in him when he shows up. Besides that, he brings a heart for God, and a solid work rate. I’m looking forward to seeing his impact from day one.”

Welcome to the Pilot family Christian!
