FROM THE COACH:
“Our team continues to improve and show what our true potential looks like. It is great to see them have some success over the last couple of weeks and also having a lot of fun doing it. There are a few aspects of our game that have made me really happy lately. Our transition game has been incredible. We are scoring a lot by putting teams in tough positions even when we are out of system. Our attackers are working hard to be available every play which gets us high percentage shots when the other team isn’t quite set up. Another area has been our mental game at the end of sets. Throughout the season, we have had the opportunities to close out sets but couldn’t quite get the job done under pressure. These last few games, we have played some really tight sets and come out on top of most of them. We are working hard in practice and sticking to our game plans in matches which has set us up for good results. We will continue to work hard and try to compete at a high level over the last couple of weeks of the season.”

PLAYER’S VIEW:
“It’s great to see us coming together on the court. We kept consistent energy and great attitudes throughout both games which played a huge factor in our success over the weekend. We look forward to taking the energy we have and using it to pull through for the rest of the season.” – Maddie Fehr, 1st year Left Side.
