FROM THE COACH: This weekend our team finally started to find the back of the net, we played a hard working style. The field conditions were really hard to play pretty soccer but our team embraced the challenge and dug in and pushed through. I was really happy with our build-up in the final third for both games. We had some really great chances and I was pleased we finally started to find the back of the net. We are excited to be able to play in the States this weekend, all 3 games will be on turf fields so we can get back to playing good build up soccer and get back to finding our game. I am proud of the team, we are really starting to put our game together and figure each other out. Shout out to our midfield this Sunday for being able to make in game adjustments, once they did against Brandon our midfield took over the game. – Tory Walker

PLAYER’S VIEW: This weekend had many battles, weather and field conditions being one of them, but we pushed through it and definitely got our hands a little dirty. Mental toughness has been a big focus on our team and this weekend was a successful test of that. I’m super proud of our whole team for the way they had fun and persevered to get two big home field wins. I’m looking forward to continuing this on our upcoming states trip this weekend as our team continues developing and becoming stronger than ever. – Claire Yager
