Pacey Winger Jake Honey Commits to the Pilots

Jake Honey, MVP and captain of the U18 Langley United Soccer Club, has committed to playing soccer at Providence for the Pilots.

The senior from Brookswood Secondary said, "I'm excited and grateful to have signed with the Pilots. I'm also looking forward to studying at Providence. Thank you to my coaches and parents for believing in me and helping me get here."

Last year Jake helped Langley United reach and win the Provincial Tournament.

Head Coach Joey Passi had this to say about his newest recruit, "I've known Jake for years as well as many of the people that have coached him and built him into the person he is. I know he brings strong character, hard work, and skill to our program. He's a gritty player who uses his speed and agility to great effect on the field. We're looking forward to having him join us."

Jake plans on studying in the Buller School of Business here at Providence.

Welcome to the Pilot family Jake!
