Offensive threat Kayla Miller commits to the Pilots Women's Soccer team.
Even though Christmas break is only a few days away, Coach Tory Walker of the women's soccer team is still hard at work trying to secure his roster for next fall 2020 soccer campaign.
Kayla, an honour roll (with distinction) student from W.C. Miller Collegiate, as well as Rural All-Star has committed to studying in the Buhler School of Business and playing soccer for the Pilots next fall.
Coach Tory had this to say about his newest signing, "I am really happy Kayla has decided to join our team, she will be a great addition to our team culture and fits the character of person we want on this team. She has a good work ethic and willingness to learn and better herself. Not to mention she is a good soccer player."
Kayla is another player who has attended Providence Soccer Sports Camps and has now graduated to the varsity program next fall.
Along with soccer, Kayla is passionate about reading, art, music and often volunteers in various child-care positions with her church and vacation bible schools in the summer.
Kayla had this to say about joining the Pilots program, “I’m so excited and looking forward to coming to Providence and becoming a Pilot. I can’t wait to see what God has instore for me at Providence as an athlete, a student, and as a person.”
Welcome to the Pilot Family Kayla!
