Left Side Colby Dyck Joins the Pilots Men's Volleyball Team

Providence University College men's volleyball coach Scott Masterson is pleased to announce the signing of Colby Dyck for the 2020-2021 season. The 6'2" power/left side from Calvin Christian Collegiate is a graduating all-star and is known for his in game knowledge, athletic ability and strong work ethic to personal and team growth.

Outside of high school volleyball, Colby played for Tsunami Volleyball Club in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Colby enjoys art, long boarding and volunteers at various organizations regularly.

"I am very excited to be going to Providence for my post grad career, because I am able to keep my volleyball career going as well as have a great place to grow and learn as a student and a person", said Colby about joining Providence.

Apart from playing volleyball, Colby intends on studying social sciences here at Providence.

Scott Masterson had this to say about Colby joining the team, “Colby is an athletic all-around left side with a great arm swing and overall strong net play. He is going to fit in really well with our team and be a positive contributor right away. We are looking forward to working with Colby and adding his great attitude and work ethic to an already strong culture.”
